Our target

The technical target for this website is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. A target is not a certification or a claim that every combination of browser, device, and assistive technology is free of barriers.

How the site is built

The site uses semantic HTML, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, associated form labels and errors, text alternatives for meaningful media, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, and content that remains available without JavaScript where the task allows it.

The inquiry form uses native controls and server validation. If the form is not available, the page explains that state instead of collecting information without a working destination.

Assessment approach

The site is checked with automated accessibility rules, keyboard and no-JavaScript scenarios, forced-colors and reduced-motion settings, enlarged text, narrow reflow, and Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit browser engines. Automated and browser-engine checks do not replace testing with assistive technologies or physical devices.

Feedback and an alternative

If you can use the inquiry form, begin your question with “Accessibility request” and describe the page, task, and format or accommodation that would help. Please do not include passwords, customer records, or sensitive financial details.

Plain Progress does not currently publish a separate email or telephone contact channel. If the inquiry form itself prevents you from contacting us, that limitation is part of the current launch state and this statement will be updated when an additional contact method is available.

Plain Progress will review the request and work toward a reasonable alternative, but no specific response time is promised on this website.

Ongoing review

Accessibility is considered when the site’s content, components, or integrations change. Confirmed barriers are documented, prioritized, and rechecked after correction.
