Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, company name, primary service or trade, and the question you want to discuss. A company website and phone number are optional.

Please do not submit passwords, customer records, payment information, or sensitive financial details.

How the information is used

Plain Progress uses inquiry information to review your question, decide whether the work may be relevant, reply to you, and keep the operating record needed to manage that inquiry.

Sending an inquiry does not authorize analysis of your records, purchase work, or create an engagement. Any paid work is agreed separately.

Optional phone number

If you voluntarily provide a phone number, Plain Progress may use it only for direct follow-up about the inquiry you submitted. Providing a number is not required and does not authorize unrelated marketing.

Hosting and inquiry delivery

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like other hosting providers, Vercel may process request and network information needed to deliver and protect the site.

A valid production inquiry is sent from the website server to the configured Twenty CRM production workspace. Twenty processes the inquiry record for Plain Progress. An inquiry is treated as received only after the provider confirms acceptance; failed or uncertain delivery is reconciled before receipt is assumed or another submission is made.

Analytics and tracking

Plain Progress does not enable website analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, an advertising pixel, or another tracking SDK for the initial launch. Inquiry values are not sent to analytics.

The website does not store inquiry values in the page URL or local storage. Your browser may retain information through its own history or autofill features.

Retention, access, and deletion

Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to review and respond to the inquiry, maintain necessary business records, protect the service, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Access is limited to people who need it for those purposes.

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of inquiry information by using the Start a diagnostic form and beginning your question with “Privacy request.” Plain Progress may need to verify the request and may retain information when required for security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated when the website’s collection, providers, or handling practices materially change. The current published notice controls for information submitted through the website.
