Services & pricing

Get help making an improvement
A Foundation, defined implementation relationship, or launch can begin from an established need. Existing sound analysis can inform the scope.
Understand what needs attention.
Put the agreed changes into practice.
Review what changed and what remains uncertain.
A useful answer can stand on its own. Your team can use it, request separately scoped support, or decide that no further work is justified.
01
Identify the highest-value constraint before committing more budget, staff, or time.
What you leave with
A documented starting point for comparing how inquiries connect to completed work, with definitions and limits visible.
The conclusion, its basis, alternatives that matter, and where the evidence remains incomplete.
Priorities your team can evaluate and act on. These are planning horizons, not included implementation periods.
Implementation, major data preparation, and additional production must be named in a separate or expressly expanded scope.
Leadership context, relevant marketing and job records, and confirmation of the definitions used. Access and preparation are agreed for the question.
02
Define the foundation for the improvement, and make the production scope explicit.
Optional work is estimated separately unless named in the signed scope.
Existing research, briefs, brand and website assets, relevant system context, and a named approval owner. Sound analysis already completed can inform the work.
03
Ongoing work, reviewed against the business.
One operating cycle
Connect marketing activity to booked, sold, and completed work.
Agree on the decision and the work that matters now.
Carry out the active workstreams and document ownership.
Review what changed, what did not, and what comes next.
$8,500–$10,000 / month
One market with focused service lines and channels.
$11,000–$15,000 / month
Multiple services, markets, stakeholders, or active experiments.
$15,000–$20,000+ / month
Multi-location work, expansion, acquisition integration, or executive-level needs.
The signed scope defines active markets, channels, service lines, meeting cadence, and production capacity.
A client decision owner, access to agreed records, operating context, and approvals. Pricing, staffing, scheduling, and technician operating decisions remain with the client.
Specialized engagements
04
Recurring reconciliation and management decision support.
$2,500–$6,000
Setup is scoped and priced separately before recurring work begins.
Setup and recurring work are separate. This is analysis and decision support, not recurring implementation across multiple workstreams.
Agreed source records, definitions, access, and a decision owner. A one-time discrepancy does not automatically justify recurring work.
05
A defined commercial question, launch responsibility, and documented handoff.
For a new branch, service area, acquisition, sewer or repipe division, water-quality offer, commercial expansion, maintenance program, or another high-value launch.
$20,000–$50,000
Media and production are separate unless included in the approved requirements.
The launch question, markets or services in scope, existing plans and assets, operating capacity, and an approval owner.
Complete cost and requirements
Market count, service lines, data condition, stakeholder complexity, research requirements, creative production, and implementation needs.
Media spend, software, print, postage, travel, photography, video, and major development are quoted separately unless specifically included.
Scope, timeline, inputs, owners, assumptions, exclusions, payment schedule, and decision meeting. The signed scope controls.
Imperfect records do not automatically rule out useful work. We need to establish what the available information can support and whether preparation requires a separate scope.
Commercial FAQ
Most new relationships begin with the Revenue and Brand Diagnostic so both teams can agree on the constraint, baseline, and priorities. A different starting point may be used when recent equivalent work is complete and verifiable.
No. Plain Progress defines objectives, dependencies, measurement, and decision rules, but it does not guarantee outcomes controlled by markets, platforms, operations, pricing, sales, or customer behavior.
Media spend and other pass-through costs are separate unless a signed scope expressly states otherwise. When practical, clients pay platforms directly.
The client retains ownership of advertising, analytics, CRM, website, and other core business accounts. Access and responsibilities are documented.
Yes. The scope names the client owners, Plain Progress owners, decision rights, meeting cadence, and handoff requirements.
Yes, when the operating model, access, roles, and transition plan are clear. The diagnostic identifies overlap, gaps, and ownership.
Website strategy, conversion design, copy, and development may be included in a Foundation or launch scope. Major development is priced according to the approved requirements.
Plain Progress is designed for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, and adjacent home-service operators. Other work is considered only when the operating context is a strong match.
The strongest fit is an established company with measurable revenue, leadership access, usable information, and the capacity or willingness to act on the findings. Requirements are assessed against the particular engagement, not a universal revenue or team-size threshold.
The Diagnostic usually runs 3–4 weeks and the Foundation 6–10 weeks. The Growth Partnership’s recommended initial period is six months. The signed scope controls; review terms before agreeing to work.
